"Algeria is at a turning point in its economic strategy, moving towards emergence models closely linked to globalization, and underpinned by research and development, business competitiveness and innovation. Higher Education and Scientific Research is in line with these dynamics by promoting research-based products and encouraging innovative project promoters. In this context, on the occasion of the celebration of "Youm El Ilm" (Knowledge Day), The National Exhibition of Research will be organized, which will bring together some 500 exhibitors and scientific animators at SAFEX. This exhibition will be on "Food Security and Citizen Welfare ".
